Last week we talked about the effects of detraining and this week we've gone the other extreme. Overtraining syndrome which is a real possibility at the moment with more athltetes working form hoe on flexibile hours and wanting to get out to train more. So Luke and Nick sat down to discuss the symptoms of overtraining and how to avoid it.
