And some feedback around episodes... I really enjoyed the 'myth' episode (altitude mask) - maybe a regular myth/pointless training sessions type episode?

Hi Luke. I do 1 running HITT session per week - various intervals (2' on, 1' off x 8 for example. And 2 SST bike sessions per week (is that true high intensity though?)
